Submitted reviews await moderation. Your account shows the current status and any moderator note. Editing a published review returns it to moderation. Check your reviews.

Check your spam folder and confirm that you registered with the correct email. Sign in to your account to request another verification email. If it still doesn't arrive, send a support request.

Yes. Open My reviews in your account. Editing submits the revised review for moderation; deleting removes it from public view. Manage your reviews.

Business managers cannot directly remove customer reviews. They can respond publicly or report a specific guideline concern. Reviews are assessed against the same rules regardless of their star rating.

Open the relevant rejected review or request in your account and submit an appeal explaining what should be reconsidered. View your requests.
