About this service
Truervw is a platform for independent customer experiences and business responses. Directory listings, reviews and ratings help provide context; they are not guarantees, certifications or a substitute for your own judgment about a purchase or business.
Your account
Provide an email address you control and keep your sign-in information secure. Choose a public display name that does not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. You must be able to agree to these terms under the rules that apply to you.
Your content
Only submit material you have the right to share. Reviews must describe your own experience and follow our review guidelines. You retain your rights in your content and permit Truervw to host, display and process it to provide the review service, including public review pages and rating widgets.
Do not submit unlawful material, harmful code, spam, fake reviews or private personal information that you do not have permission to share. Do not attempt to manipulate ratings, impersonate others or bypass access controls.
Business participation
You may request access to a business profile only if you are authorized to represent that business. Claims are subject to review. Approved managers may update business information and reply to reviews; that access does not entitle them to alter customer feedback or receive preferential moderation.
Moderation and availability
Truervw may hold, decline, remove or restrict content and accounts that violate its guidelines or threaten the service. Reviews and reports may require context before a decision can be made. Available appeal tools let the author request a second review of a rejected review, claim or report.
Features may change as the platform develops. The service is provided subject to availability; publication, uninterrupted access and particular business outcomes are not guaranteed.
Free launch
Core reviewer and business functions are available free during launch. There is no active paid subscription or checkout. Any future paid offering will require separate published terms and an explicit purchase; creating an account now does not enroll you in a paid plan.
Privacy and help
Read the Privacy notice to understand how account and review information is used. For account, ownership or content concerns, send a private request through Contact & reporting.
